Return Policy
We want you to love your CAKEWISH! If for some reason you aren't happy with your items, the CAKEWISH return and refund policy is as follows:
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased between November 25 and December 25 may be returned through January 7, 2026. All returns must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Gifts may be returned for store credit.
Non-Holiday Return Policy - 30 Days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of purchase and the return will be refunded to your original form of payment.After 14 days, we will happily give store credit.
No refunds or store credit will be given after 30 days.
A $10 Flat Rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including seals, and be returned in original packaging.
- Footerware must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
