Returns within 14 days or less
Refunds to original form of payment. A $10 Label Fee will be deducted from your refund if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 14 days of delivery date.
RETURNS 14-30 DAYS
Store Credit issued for all returned items. $10 Label Fee per order if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier 14-30 days after delivery date.
Returns after 30+ Days
Returns NOT accepted if return is dropped off beyond 30 days after delivery date.
- Merchandise must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including seals, and be returned in original packaging.
- Footerware must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- CAKEWISH monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
1. Start your return online. Go to your Order History to begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Pack up your items: Remember to include all packaging with your return.
3. Drop off your package: Select your preferred return method and send the items back to us.
