RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
REFUNDS
Items returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
STORE CREDIT
Returns requested between 7–14 days of delivery will be issued as store credit.
AFTER 14 DAYS
Returns requested after 14 days are not eligible for return or store credit.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories, jewelry, beauty products, and hair accessories
- Gift cards
1. Start your return online. Go to your Order History to begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Pack up your items: Remember to include all packaging with your return.
3. Drop off your package: Select your preferred return method and send the items back to us.
