The KatieJ NYC Junior Brooke Ruffle Skirt in Evening Blue Garden Floral is an easy, feminine style she’ll reach for again and again. The deep blue background is scattered with a delicate garden floral print, creating a pretty, polished look that can be dressed up or down.
A stretchy smocked waistband offers a comfortable, flexible fit, while two tiers of flowy ruffles add playful movement. Pair it with a fitted baby tee or tank for casual plans, or style it with a sweater or coordinating KatieJ top for dinners, parties, vacations, family photos, and special occasions.
Wear it at the natural waist or slightly lower on the hips for a versatile mini skirt that works with her personal style.
